Smokey Eyes are hot make up for 2011 and have become a classic party eye makeup look. It can change your face dramatically, changing the girl-next-door into a hot and sexy chick. Smokey eye makeup is desirable on any female face, even if you aren’t blessed with naturally bright beautiful eyes. It's been my favorite makeup ever. Besides, the smokey eyes never go out of fashion in fashion industry.
The secret to getting the perfect smokey eye look is in blending. You have to make sure the colors that you choose blend together to create the perfect sexy look. Every woman celebrity has boasted this look on the red carpet. There is no rejecting that on any woman this look can be the most eye-catching makeup. Moreover, smokey eyes is perfect make up for a night out which can enhance your sexiness.

So by following these step by step instructions, it will help you to create a smoking hot smokey eyes that you ever imagine.

Step by Step Smokey Eyes:

Before proceed applying the smokey eye makeup, you will need these following makeup items such as primer/foundation base, black eyeliner, eyeshadow (light & darkcolour, mascara, makeup blenders and brushes.

After that you may begin the smokey eye makeup technique.

1) Apply a primer or foundation base over your eyelid to create a smooth base and long lasting for your eyeshadow.

2) Contour your eye shape with a black eyeliner, all the way around. Make the line thicker along the upper lashes. For the upper lid I would suggest to use liquid eyeliner meanwhile lower lid use either gel or pencil eyeliner.

3) With a brush, apply your light colour eyeshadow on the mobile eyelid and above the crease, about halfway to the eyebrows, blending slightly. This helps highlighting the strength of the darker shadow that you are using.

4) Moving on, apply dark colour eyeshadow all the way around your eyes, blending it well with the eyeliner line. Use an eyebrow brush to blend the color in properly, starting from your lash line, blending it in the upwards way. While blending, your eyeliner will disappear and that is point to the look. Stop the color from bleeding into the crease.

5) Use a mascara or false lashes to finish the look.

The importance of skin care should not be undervalued. So, why is good skin care so important?
For women, good skin care is important to avoid aging. Besides, for women aged 19-50 and over, everything you need to know about actual anti aging skin care. Caring for the skin is an important issue for many people. This is especially true of women as they incline to be more worried with how their skin looks than men. There are many things which can cause a person’s skin to become damaged. Some of the most common contributing factors to various skin conditions and damage include sun and weather exposure,  poor diet, lack of exercise, high levels of stress and hormonal imbalances. Besides the basic and easy skin care tips above, we also can make our own home made facial masks because people are opting for cheaper, natural and healthier beauty products. So I would to share my own making home made facial masks.

Procedure
Firstly, put eggs into a bowl. After that, use spoon and begin separate the egg yolk into another bowl because we only need egg white. Then, apply it on the face and live for 10-15 minutes then wash it off.

EYE to EYE (Contact Lens)

What is 'contact lens'? Contact lenses are small, thin transparent discs, designed to sit on your cornea and correct your vision (Martell, 2008). There is a variety of contact lenses, from big eyes contact lenses, clear contact lenses, natural contact lenses, contact lenses for astigmatism and even for halloween and cosplay contact lenses. Normally contact lenses are use often due to enchance appearance. For me, eyes are important part of the body simply because eyes can speak everything and can express any kind of emotion besides attracts the opposite sex.

Types/ Functions of contact lenses:

Corrective contact lens

Martell (2008) says, "The purpose of contact lenses is the same as eyeglasses – to correct vision defects." Hence the corrective lens is designed to improve vision. It also helps for those who doing sporting activities compared to spectacles. It is because contact lens provide wider field of vision and do not steam up when compared to spectacles which really frustrating and inconvenience when keep putting and taking them off throughout the day.

Cosmetic contact lens
Cosmetic contact lenses are often worn by men and women to change the color of their eye and also to enhance the appearance. These lenses may also correct the vision, but these are mostly used for giving color to your eyes. Besides, these types of lenses might cause some irritation to your eyes, therefore, these lenses are advised not be worn too much.

Therapeutic contact lens
Therapeutic contact lenses, sometimes known as ‘bandage’ lenses, are special contact lenses worn for therapeutic reasons, e.g. treatment of a corneal or anterior eye disease. Although therapeutic contact lenses can be used to correct refractive error, and in some cases enhance drug delivery to the cornea, they are used primarily for physical therapeusis, mechanical eye protection, and as an aid to healing (Terry, 2004).


The different colours work with different types of costumes too for example a red would match off a devil costume perfectly. Contact lenses can be found in a great variety of colors such as gray, blue, violet, green, brown, hazel and all possible hues of them. With colored contact lenses you can either enhance the natural color of your eyes or totally transform it for a completely new look. Simply adjusting the color of your eyes can add substantial changes to your overall appearance, and with the variety of colors available you can look different whenever you need.

As we can see from above, different lenses have different designs which gives different effects on your looks even without make up and also makes your eyes even more bigger. For me myself, prefer using ACUVUE/ FRESH LOOK contact lens because it is comfortable to wear and create some eyes catching styles besides makes me look different. And my favourite color lenses are black and hazel which I am using it currently because they are most natural color looking. For instance, I like ColourVue black contact lenses because the black screen contact lenses have a funky look that goes across the whole of your eye. With a subtle iris design your eyes automatically look bigger and more clear and the shiny black finish really brightens up your whole look.

Is purchasing Online contact lens safe?
Contact lenses will be as safe as or safer than your current eyewear is to make sure you buy a tested and reputable brand of contact lenses from a website that has a long history of providing contact lenses to its clients (CLE Contact Lenses, 2009). Only buy contact lenses if you feel informed and happy about using them. If you are worried about the lenses, walk in the shop and ask advice from optician – they will be able to answer your questions and advise you on the best options.

Besides putting and removing contact lenses, it is crucial to know how to cleaning and storing them after use because contact lense is small and thin transparent dics and it will cause irritation and discomfort to your eyes if you did not clean or store the lenses and the contact lens case itself. Here are the lens care guide/tips:

Cleaning and Storing Contact Lens:


Step 1:
Place the contact lens in the palm of your hand and apply a few drops of the recommended contact lens solution to the lens. Use your opposite hand’s forefinger (pointing finger) to rub the lens gently on both sides. Other than that, it is recommended not to wear contact lens of not more than 10-12 hours continuously for up to 5 days a week.


Step 2:
Rinse the lens thoroughly using plenty of contact lens solution. There are variety brands of contact lens solution such as Solo Care Aqua, Max OptiFresh, Complete Mositure Plus and so on. Currently, I am using Renu Fresh from Bausch & Lomb.

Renu Fresh nice to use because it is proven to fight germs, clean lenses, and remove irritating protein deposits daily from your soft contact lenses. It is also specially formulated to work
with your natural tears. Here's are the ingredients and benefits of Renu Fresh:

Step 3:

Fill your lens case with plenty of contact lens solution and place your cleaned and rinsed contact lenses in the appropriate compartment. Secure the cap of the lens case and repeat with your other contact lens. Leave your contact lenses in the lens case for at least four hours. Letting it soak in the solution will disinfect the contact lens.

Step 4:

After putting your contact lenses back in your eyes, pour the remaining solution out of the lens case. Rinse the lens case with fresh solution and let the inside of the case dry out in the open air. Warning: please never use water to clean or store your contact lenses. Water does not have the necessary contents to disinfect your contact lens correctly. In fact, cleaning your contact lenses with water may lead to a contamination of your lenses and has been known to cause irreparable harm to the eye.

SIMPLE is PERFECT

Hair can be an important part of your personal appearance. Besides, hair is something that women can play around with and the way you dress up also depends how you style your hair. You can style your hair in a variety of different ways to show off your personal taste and creativity. However, not all girls know how to style their hair and the most common hair styling we know is the ponytail which is an age-old method of quick hairstyling. Knowing that there are some easy options to either change up the look of yours, I would like to suggest to do braiding hairstyles and it is one of my favorite hair-do's. 

Braided hair is great if you are on the go and don't want to deal with upkeep throughout the day. Braids are also relatively easy to do, depending on how many you want and what kind. For instance, Braided hairstyles hold up well in these celebrities thick hair plus they look fabulous! 

To do a braided hairstyle ain't a hard thing and it is quick and easy to do.

Material you'll need:

Hair to work with (either your own or someone else's) of reasonable length

A comb

An elastic band

A ribbon (optional)

First of all, you need to comb your hair thoroughly. Make sure all hair is smoooth and there are no tangles.

After that, you simply take three sections of equal size and overlap the one in the middle, reworking left and right parts. Unattached the parts with your hands and make sure they don't mix together at any time.

Moving on, you may begin to start braid your hair from top to bottom.Cross the left hand part over the middle part.

Then still keep the parts separately and cross the right hand partover the middle part.

Continue and repeat the same process to the end of the hair.



Fixed firmly the end of the braid with an elastic band. You can also add a ribbon as an accessory. Besides, you may spray your braid with medium-hold hairspray to avoid stray wisps.

What is your favorite mascara/make up product? MAC? The Body Shop? Maybelline? Revlon? L'oreal? Or Lancome? Well, there's lots of makeup brands besides the ones I mention and it depends on each person preferences, that's what important!! For me, I prefer either Maybelline or L'oreal because it’s designed for all women of whatever age or class and it gives me an energetic and natural look.

As we know mascara is a cosmetic applied to the eyelashes to make the lashes thicker, longer, and darker to define the eyelashes. Normally black and brown colored are the most popular mascara colors. Black works on everyone with the most natural effect especially for Brunettes. Most people prefer non waterproof mascara because it can be removed easily compared to waterproof which doesn't wipe off easily. But it is important to keep a waterproof mascara in case you need it for special occassion.

Besides, sometimes we might encounter problem such as the shape of brush that determine the look of your lashes. You will get a different effect because there are various shapes and sizes for different mascara brush types, and it is important to know the characteristics of your own. 

Here are the different mascara brush types:

Curved Mascara brush type

• It cause the lash to curl and lift. Pick a mascara wand that's curved in the middle, place it so that it naturally cups the shape of your eye, and lightly sweep outwards.

Rubber Bristles brush type

• Aim to layer individual lashes evenly, even the areas of your eyes that are hard to reach by normal brush types of mascaras. "Rubber bristles flex with movement and shape the eye, unlike regular bristles, which can be stiff and hard to control," says Kimara Ahnert, a New York City-based makeup artist.

Comb-Like brush type

• Cause a defined separation for your lashes that look thick at the base and have sun-like rays toward the end. "When you're going for length, try a wand with longer more separated bristles that have a comb-like look," adds Ahnert.

Small Bristles brush type

• If you have short eyelashes, Ahnert recommends using a wand with small bristles. You can get very close to your eye, and even apply a coat to the bottom lashes.

 Maybelline had launched a new mascara called Maybelline One by One Mascara :

My first impression for this video is, "What, it's PINK??" I was thinking why the packaging is in PINK colour?? Don't you think its way too girly??? Even though I know Maybelline product is for women but still why PINK. But I still want to try it... I'll love a mascara so much because of the way it separates and lengthens my lashes without using falsies. Who doesn't want a long and thick lashes right?? Other than that, it says that Maybelline One by One Mascara gives " flirtiest lashes without the bulk with the revolutionary lash catcher brush that catches, coats and de-clumps every lash one by one", from what I see from the video. So I'll go have a try on it...Have you tried this product? And what are your thoughts?

I ♥ Brunette!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though Blondes may have more fun and redheads may be sassy, but brunette hair is the most seductive and ravishing hair color because of its magnificent range. 

What is Brunette anyway?? Brunette also describes as Brown hair and it is a great choice for hairstyles because it offers a lot of choices not only in different hues but also in the different looks produced that compliment a lot of features. What is Beauty, anyway?? What makes us look attractive??

Many women would do anything to look like the most gorgeous woman in the world, so do I am!!!!
Well, to me beauty is a personal physical attractiveness, especially with regard to the use of cosmetics and other methods of enhancing it. It is because beauty is something we all have, just that not all women strong enough to dig down and find it, instead they sit there and pick everybody else because they look better than us.
